Our Services

Machining

Katsui Kogyo began its machining operations with parts for air tools.
Over time, we have expanded our capabilities to include a wide range of cast and molded materials, such as aluminum and iron castings, accumulating extensive know-how in processing components of various shapes. Today, we specialize in machining complex and irregularly shaped parts.
In recent years, we have broadened our material handling beyond iron and aluminum to include copper, brass, and stainless steel (SUS), building a strong track record across a diverse range of materials.
By combining the precision of NC machine tools—including lathes, machining centers, and multi-tasking machines—with the refined skills of our seasoned craftsmen, we are able to respond flexibly and reliably to our customers' needs.

Striving Together for Higher-Level Craftsmanship

At our company, we actively take on the challenge of machining complex components—often referred to as irregular or shaped materials—by applying the skills we have developed through years of experience in processing air tool parts and other molded materials.

We design and build our own jigs in-house, developing machining methods and plans through original ideas. While in many factories, jig creation is typically handled by seasoned experts and the actual machining by younger staff, our approach is different. Every team member is encouraged to think independently, create their own machining plans in consultation with senior technicians, and share that knowledge throughout the company.

Jobs that seem “difficult” often involve failures or unforeseen challenges—but they also offer fulfillment and opportunities for growth.
We aim to be a workshop where everyone thinks seriously, learns continuously, and strives to reach the next level of technical excellence.

Additional Services

At Katsui Kogyo, we offer solutions aimed at reducing total manufacturing costs.
We were quick to adopt 24-hour production using multi-tasking machines, steadily building our in-house expertise over the years.
In addition to machining, we also provide reliable services such as assembly, marking, and inspection—ensuring quality you can count on.

Aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, Inconel, etc.

Our skilled workers have accumulated a wealth of know-how in processing using general-purpose machines and old-style machines, as well as processing techniques for complex shapes using the latest machining machines.

Other services

We provide total management of production and quality, from material procurement to processing, assembly, inspection, engraving, inventory, and shipping. We provide high-quality finished parts at one stop.

Passing Down a Way of Thinking—
The Key to Growing Specialists

Rather than simply teaching technical know-how, I focus on passing down a “way of thinking” and encouraging others to think together with me.
A company where everyone shares this mindset—rather than relying on a single specialist—can create something truly unique and different from others.

I believe that thinking leads to wisdom.
The accumulation of these shared thought processes eventually gives rise to new services and technologies.
By passing on a way of thinking, we foster a diverse generation of specialists, each bringing their own strengths to the table.
